We’ve updated the entire 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom interior with new flooring, brand new furniture, and paint in 2021. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. With one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor – Just off the pool table great room. The main floor also has a laundry room with a new washer and dryer for your convenience.
Plenty of pool towels provided, along with bath towels, robes, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom.
The second floor also has a coffee/beverage bar complete with a small refrigerator, Kuerig, pour over coffee maker, French press and hot water kettle for your early morning coffee or late night beverages.
* There is an extra fee if you decide to heat the pool. Depending on the temperature in Glendale, AZ it is between $100 to $150 per day. But so worth it for a winter getaway to the sun!
