Front Door: As you face the house (facing West), the front door is on the left side of the house & garage.
Your personal door code was sent to you separately and the main entry door has a keypad behind the green screen door. Enter the code and the deadbolt will open. For your security the deadbolt will auto-lock.

Directions: The house is in a small cul-de-sac just off N 71st Lane.
Parking: Please park in the driveway & leave the sidewalk clear. You are welcome to park in the garage as well. We have a garage door opener hanging on a hook in the garage which you can use during your stay.
Cameras: We have 3 security cameras, doorbell camera, and one noise monitor on our property. When you arrive we turn off the backyard camera (under deck near the fire pit) and you can also unplug it. Please do not disrupt the additional cameras. These are for your security.
- This is a Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping property (inside and outside).
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Quiet Hours – 10pm to 8 am – for the backyard. Please respect our backyard neighbors.
If the AC is running please be sure to keep outside doors closed.
We love for you to enjoy our house & backyard, but these are a few of the “please don’t” things to keep in mind.
- No diving in the pool.
- Do not climb the trees.
- Do not climb on or in the waterfall fountain & pond.
- Do not peak over the fences. We want to respect our neighbors’ privacy.
- Respect the neighborhood’s quiet hours (10pm to 8am).
- Keep the doors closed when the AC is running.
- Be careful to not block the neighbor’s driveways.
- Do not leave your parked car overlapping the sidewalk or on the street.
Our HOA has strict rules about cars on the road.
Check-out: 11am
- Load and start the dishwasher.
- Leave the bedding and towels in their respective areas for our cleaning team.
- Bag all trash and drop in the large containers on the North side of the house.
- Turn off the TVs, lights & fireplace. AC or heat can be left on its schedule.
- Check that outdoor firepits & gazebo fans are off.
- Lock all outside doors are locked on your way out.
